Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared during booking or sessions will remain strictly confidential.
  • Your details will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

Booking & Sessions

  • Consultation, Healing, and Counseling sessions are non-refundable once booked.
  • If you cancel the appointment before the scheduled date, 50% of the fee will be deducted.
  • If you join the session but choose to leave midway, no refund will be provided.
  • Once the allotted session time has been utilized, the service will be considered delivered in full.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be determined solely by the Sakshi Kapoor Divine Team.
  • If your payment is deducted but your session is not scheduled/received, a 100% refund will be provided.
  • Any refund request must be raised within 3 days of booking. After this period, no refund will be entertained.
  • Approved refunds may take up to 30 days to be credited back to your account.

Service Limitations

  • Sessions are intended for spiritual guidance, healing, and counseling purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.
  • Results from healing or counseling sessions may vary from person to person. No guarantee of outcome is implied or promised.

Technical Requirements (For Online Sessions)

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection and updated devices/software for smooth session experience.
  • Supported platforms include Zoom, Google Meet, or other mediums as communicated.
  • Sakshi Kapoor Divine is not responsible for disruptions caused by poor connectivity, outdated devices, or software incompatibility.

  • By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian law.
