1. Nature of Services

All services offered by Sakshi Kapoor Divine are digital and consultation-based, including astrology readings, personalized reports, tarot readings, and spiritual consultations. Due to the personalized nature of these services, certain restrictions apply to cancellations and refunds.

2. Appointment Cancellations

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
• To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

4. Digital Product & Report Refunds

• Once a personalized report, horoscope, or reading has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the outcome of the reading, as astrology and spiritual guidance are subjective in nature.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by the customer
• Technical error resulting in failed service delivery

6. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or unforeseen events.
