Please read this policy carefully before booking any Consultation, Healing, or Counseling Session. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, kindly refrain from using our services.

1. Non-Refundable Services

  • Consultation, Healing, and Counseling sessions are strictly non-refundable once booked.
  • These services require dedicated preparation and allocation of time/resources; therefore, we cannot offer refunds under normal circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, will be determined solely by the Sakshi Kapoor Divine Team. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • When a session has been successfully conducted.
  • When the scheduled time has been utilized, regardless of client satisfaction.
  • When a client chooses to leave a session midway.

3. Eligible Refund Process

  • In the rare event of an eligible refund, it may take up to 30 days for the amount to be credited into your account.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of booking. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

4. Payment Issues

  • If your payment is deducted but you have not received confirmation of your booking, please contact us immediately.
  • A 100% refund will be provided for any failed or unprocessed booking/payment.

5. Cancellations by Client

  • If you cancel an appointment before the scheduled date, 50% of the booking fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount may be refunded (subject to approval).
  • If you join a session but leave before completion, no refund will be provided.

6. Cancellation by Sakshi Kapoor Divine

  • In case we need to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternate slot.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be processed.

7. Refund Timeline

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of request approval.
  • Refunds are subject to verification and approval by the Sakshi Kapoor Divine Team.
